General pool seating is typically available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, subject to seating availability. Reserve as early as possible and include the most accurate guest count available.
Larger parties may be contacted to confirm details or seating arrangements.
What happens if members of my party arrive late?
Reservations may be held for a limited period, and incomplete parties can affect seating.
Guests should arrive together and on time whenever possible. Late arrivals may not be seated with the original party if service or seating availability has changed.
Is gratuity automatically added for larger parties?
An automatic gratuity applies to parties of six or more. Review your check and ask your server if you have questions about the gratuity applied.
Can our group split checks?
During peak operating hours, we are only able to accommodate one consolidated check or two checks split evenly between the party.
We are unable to provide individual or itemized checks for large parties. We recommend using peer-to-peer payment apps such as Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle to settle expenses within your group.
This policy allows our team to provide faster, more efficient service to all guests during busy periods.
Celebrate Without the Complications
Most birthday pool days and standard group visits do not require a private-event package.
Do I Need a Private Event Inquiry for a Pool Birthday?
Usually, no. If your plans are simply to enjoy the pool with a group, purchase individual day passes and reserve an available daybed or cabana as your central gathering spot.
Submit a private-event inquiry only when you need dedicated venue space, custom event planning, specialized food and beverage arrangements, a large organized event or a private buyout.
Can I celebrate a birthday at the pool?
Absolutely. Most pool birthdays are handled through standard pool admission and an optional daybed or cabana reservation.
Each guest needs the appropriate pool access unless entry is specifically included with a reserved product.
Can I reserve multiple daybeds or cabanas for my group?
Yes, when inventory is available. Check the pool calendar for the selected date to see which products can be reserved.
Each reserved product may have its own reservation fee, food and beverage minimum and included admission.
Can I decorate my daybed or cabana?
Small, tasteful decorations may be considered, but they must not damage venue property, block walkways, interfere with service or create safety concerns.
Contact the venue before bringing balloons, signage or larger decorative items.
Can I bring balloons, gifts or party supplies?
Gifts and reasonable celebration items are generally acceptable, but storage space is limited and all items must remain within your reserved area.
Confetti, glitter and decorations that can enter the pool or damage venue property are not permitted.
Can late-arriving guests join our pool group?
Yes, provided they have valid pool admission and capacity remains available.
A daybed or cabana reservation does not automatically admit every member of a larger group. Guests should purchase pool access in advance whenever possible.
Can I bring a birthday cake or cupcakes to the pool?
An approved celebration dessert may be permitted with advance confirmation. Outside meals, snacks, catering and beverages are not allowed.
Can our group have a private section of the pool?
Daybeds and cabanas provide reserved seating but do not make the pool private or semi-private.
Groups that require dedicated or exclusive space should review the Private Events page and submit an inquiry.
