Planning a birthday, celebration or group pool day during normal operating hours? In most cases, you do not need a private event package. Purchase day passes and reserve a daybed or cabana for a central gathering spot.

Pool Birthdays & Group Days

Just Looking to Celebrate at the Pool?

If you're planning a birthday or group gathering and simply want to enjoy the pool together, you likely do not need to submit a private event inquiry.

Guests can purchase individual pool day passes, or you can reserve a daybed or cabana to create a central gathering spot for your group while everyone enjoys the pool and day club.

Daybed Reservations

$150 reservation fee per daybed

$200 food and beverage minimum per daybed

Includes 2 pool entry passes

Additional pool passes are purchased separately

Please note: reserving a daybed or cabana does not make the pool area private or semi-private. The Montrose Country Club remains open to other guests during normal operating hours.

Before You Inquire

A Few Things to Know

General pool birthdays and group pool days normally use day passes, daybeds or cabanas rather than a private-event package.
✓
The pool and day club remain open to the public during normal operating hours unless a private buyout arrangement has been confirmed.
✓
The pool normally closes at dusk for scheduled cleaning and servicing.
✓
Large private or semi-private requests may require a venue buyout depending on the date, guest count and requested venue area.
✓
Outside food is generally not permitted. Approved desserts may be permitted for celebrations, and food and beverage options are available through our chef-driven kitchen and bars.
✓
Event dates are not secured until the applicable agreement and deposit requirements have been completed.
